All Full Time Students at Charnock Institute of the Bible begin with "The Knowing God Program;" a series of 10 classes in the first year which leads to a Diploma in Biblical Studies. This is required of ALL entering full time students. This series of classes is designed to make the students familiar with the Bible, God's character, and His eternal plan; it places a great emphasis upon holiness and purity. We recommend this one year course of study for Christians who wish to know God and His Word, but not go on to full degrees or full time ministry. Students wishing to be considered for the Internship program will begin classes in Summer session, complete the Knowing God Series of Classes, take Intensive Latin in 2nd summer session, and then request to be considered for Intern status.
Years 2-4 (A.B.S. & B.Th.)
After the initial year is completed (including 2 summer sessions), students may make application to remain at Charnock and enter into the Internship Program. An Associate Degree in Biblical Studies is availaable to those students who take Intensive Latin in Summer Session. Only Interns will be allowed to remain after the initial year (with few exceptions). The Internship runs year round (this includes summers).
