CIB offers one Ph.D. program. You will need to be fluent in Greek, Hebrew, Aramaic, and Latin; and have translated the entire Bible before speaking to us or making application to the PhD program. See course listings to complete preparatory course work. The Ph.D. program at CIB is not open to the public; this means you must hold a CIB degree for entrance. Because of our unique approach of requiring candidates to have translated the entire Bible as a foundation to higher Theological studies, as well as have a mastery of the Ante-Nicene Fathers, this limits severely the possible candidates.
